The production of 2013 Aston Martin DB9 Plug-in Hybrid is actually based on the Hybrid Hydrogen-powered Rapide S that has been initially built in May 2013. Rapide S is apparently a special entry model made by the company and it appeared in the 41st ADAC Zurich 24 Hours of Nürburgring event. Recently, the company has collaborated with Bosch to manufacture a plug-in hybrid model namely DB9 plug-in hybrid.
Interior

Consequently, the DB9 model will be able to accelerate from zero to 60 mph in a swift 3.8 seconds with the top speed of 200 mph. The two companies have combined this V12 engine to back up the front wheels while the electric motor will back up the rear wheels.
