The Nismo 1 makes 600 hp and 481 lb-ft of torque and gets a stiffer suspen- 1 sion and racing-derived aero work. The standard 2015 GT-R gets 1 refinements to its suspension, which is tuned for a more comfortable, quieter ride. A new Bose noise-cancelling system also aids - in that mission.

Look For A new GT-R to arrive for the 2016 or 2017 model year.

Nissan Leaf

The SV trim gets standard 17-inch alloy wheels and there's one new exterior color. The Leaf has an EPA-rated 84-mile driving range.

Unchanged While there will be no 2015 model for the Nissan Maxima, an all-new model will be available for the 2016 model year. Until then, the automaker will continue to sell the 2014 model pictured here. However, Nissan's next flagship sedan will feature a sportier appearance inspired by the Sport Sedan concept that debuted at the 2014 Detroit auto show.

Look For At least one powertrain option besides a traditional V-6 for the next-gen car.

Satellite radio has been added to the SV and SR, and there are four new exterior paint colors.

Driver's Choice Not the Sentra, but the sedan did get updated suspension, steering, and transmission settings last year.

Nissan Versa/Versa Note

Minor Having just launched the Versa Note hatchback last year, Nissan has applied similar exterior touches to the Versa sedan. A new front end is highlighted by larger headlights and an updated grille is front and center. Inside, the sedan gets a center stack similar to the Note's, along with an updated gauge cluster screen and new steering wheel. The Versa Note adds SR and SL trims.

Best Buy The extra practicality of the Versa Note is worth the premium over the sedan.
