The 2013 Acura TL now appears with two models vehicle: The SH-AWD (Super Handling All-Wheel Drive) and the base model one. And also, it is told that the Acura 2013 will be smaller in size than the previous models. It is one of the first cars of the Acura models that will be equipped with the Earth Dream Engines. The best mix of performance, luxury, and technology make the Acura is not disappointing to buy. The athletic driving feel and awesome premium sound system are value added to this mid-size sedan.

Exterior

The appearance of the vehicle maybe a little bit robotic, same as when it revealed in 2012, and its metallic beak created a controversy as well. The 2013 Acura TL still offer the aggressive wheel arches, powerful and distinctive presence, but those things don’t make it as a luxury sedan wants it to be. Despite the robotic look, the vehicle provides with a good display of standard features, including: stainless-steel body base, power moon roof, xenon high-intensity discharge (HID) headlights and tail-lighting LED.

Interior

Although the look of the vehicle isn’t as bold as other luxury sedan in its type, the interior of this 2013 Acura TL has a top-quality as it is seen from its spacious cabin, high-tech features, solid constructions, and sport seat covered by leather. The twin-cockpit has a nice design and it doesn’t take too much space. The details are amazingly beautiful neither edgy nor overly Euro-influenced. These features are designed to offer the best driving experience. Some things that you may don’t like are the backseat doesn’t fold and the trunk relatively small.

Engine

Its first debut in 2000, the Acura launches the first All-Wheel Drive system that unchanges until now. This system operates torque vectoring to supply more torque to the outside rear wheel throughout cornering to improve turn-in, and reduce understeer. The vehicle available in two engines, a 3,5-liter V-6 cylinder with 280-horsepower @6200 rpm and a 3,7-liter V-6 cylinder with 305-horsepower. Both of these engines are associated to two transmission choices: six-speed shiftable automatic and six-speed shiftable automatic. This engine is less powerful than 2014 Aston Martin DB9 powertrain. Estimate EPA city fuel economy-rated 18-20 mpg and 26-29 on highway. Unfortunately, the base model which has front-wheel drive makes this vehicle is not really competitive on its performance rather than other rear-wheel sedans.
