Checking for Tweets

You can access the tweets of Twitter users that you follow by opening the People hub and following these steps:

1. Flick the screen to access the What’s New page.

Responding to a Tweet

If you want to respond to tweet, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Tap the tweet to which you want to respond.

2. Enter your comment.

3. Tap the Post icon.

Checking Twitter Notifications

Windows Phone 8 enables you to check your Twitter notifications. To do so, open the Me tile and complete these steps:

1. Flick to the Notifications screen.

2. Click the tweet that you want to view.

As was the case for Facebook data, elements related to Twitter are scattered throughout the phone. If you are interested in centralizing the Twitter experience then you might consider downloading a Twitter app. The Store contains an official Twitter app, and there are also unofficial Twitter apps from independent developers.
