The Recipient Experience

When you invite someone to a room, that person receives two text messages. The first test message says, “Hey, I set up a room on my phone called <room name>. Join it, then we can privately share a calendar, photos, group chat, and notes.” The second text message contains a URL that the recipient can tap to accept the invitation. The URL takes the recipient to a web page that prompts the person to sign in using a Microsoft account.
