Tip
One nice solution for sharing files and
folders across multiple machines is Dropbox. When you install Dropbox,
it looks like a local drive on your system, but your files are stored
in the cloud.
Tip
The Advanced Sharing button lets you limit the number of simultaneously connected users, set access
permissions, and allow users to cache content on their system when they
are offline and aren’t connected to your system. If you set the option
for password protection, users must supply a password before they can
connect to your share.
