Configuring Resource Property for Files

Next, you must add a resource property to match the claim we’ve created. Resource properties are used by file servers to classify data. There are several predefined resource properties, but you can create new ones.

To create a new resource property, from the ADAC click Resource Properties, New, and then Resource Property.

Under Display Name, add Department Payroll and make Value equal Payroll, then click OK twice. Now the resource property, Department Payroll, is listed. (See Figure 3.)
