2015-2016 New Cards List For You (Part 12)
Dodge Charger/SRT
Base Price $28,500-$48,000*
Body Type Sedan
Major The Dodge Charger has been restyled with a
Dart-like nose and is said to be more fun to drive. AWD is now available on
more V-6 trims but has been discontinued from the V-8 model, which finally gets
an 8A. The Charger is ready to impress with LED racetrack taillights, LED
foglamps, and 10 wheel options.
Cool Fact Dodge designers visually pulled the corners
of the car closer to the wheels by as much as 6 inches to make the Charger look
smaller..

Dodge Dart
Base Price $17,000-$22,000*
Body Type Sedan
Unchanged After making the “big” 2.4-liter 184-hp
naturally aspirated I-4 the de facto base engine on most of the lineup last
year, the Dodge Dart is largely unchanged for 2015. Added late in the 2014
model year, the Dart Blacktop package probably will carry over to 2015. Based
on the Dart SXT, the Blacktop adds unique 18-inch black wheels, black mirrors,
and a sporty interior.
Look For An updated Dart lineup with a WRX-fighting
all-wheel- drive turbocharged SRT model next year.

Dodge Viper SRT/GTS/TA
Base Price $102,500-$125,500*
Body Type Coupe
Unchanged With the SRT brand gone, we'll see future
Vipers badged as Dodges. Now called the Dodge Viper SRT, the car is reportedly
due for a mid-cycle update before long. A refresh could include a power boost
(the Viper's 8.4L V-10 currently produces 640 hp) to better compete against the
new 650-hp Corvette Z06, or maybe even an automatic transmission, given the
slower-than- expected sales of the supercar.
Cool Fact The Viper is hand-built in Detroit.

Ferrari 458 Italia/Spider/Speciale
Base Price $240,000-$300,000*
Body Type Coupe, convertible
Unchanged With the high-performance Speciale model
joining the lineup next to the retractable hardtop Spider and that standard
car, the 458 family portrait looks complete. Despite rumors of a turbocharged
engine in the near future, Ferrari says its mid-engine supercar remains
unchanged for 2015. We don’t believe a word it says, and expect 600-plus
horsepower from a twin-turbo V-8 in the next year or two.
Driver's Choice The 597-horse, lightweight Speciale.
