Though it shares mostly the same technology and features with the 458 Italia, 2013 Ferrari 458 Spider indeed has make its own place in brand’s loyalist and supercar lover out there by its unique convertible form that somehow give another added value for almost every car which comes in convertible version. The most interesting part of the supercar’s elements indeed on its aluminum folding top which can be lowered or raised in just 14 seconds.All these aluminum materials used on the 458 Spider’s structure also give a significant weight reduction to 55 lbs compared to other cars in the segment. the buttresses design on the rear side helps to optimize the air flow to the engine intakes, clutch, and gearbox, while the adjustable electric wind stop helps to get rid unwanted air of from the cockpit, giving the normal conversation among the passengers in the cabin chance to be held at up to 124 mph.

Interior

In the cabin, the spider seems to share much more the same elements and style with the Italia. Under the hood, it also used a 4.5 L direct-injection V8 engine that pumps out 562 hp (faster than 2014 Aston Martin V12 Vantage S and 2013 Aston Martin DBS Ultimate)and 398 lb-ft of torque through seven-speed dual-clutch automated-manual transmission. Great combination from the 3,153 curbs weight and advance engine system results in great acceleration for the super car. It will run from 0-60 mph in under 3.4 seconds.
