Sending an Email Message to Group Members

One of the main reasons for creating groups is that doing so makes it easy to send email messages to everyone in the group at once. To send an email to group members, open the People hub and follow these steps:

1. Flick to the Together screen, if necessary.

2. Tap the group to which you want to send the email message.

3. Tap Send Email.

5. Compose your message.

6. Tap Send.

Missing Recipients

The Send Email option (step 3 in this task) lists the group members to which an email will be sent. If you don’t have email addresses for one or more group members, the Send Email option provides a list of the people to whom you can send the message.
