To install Windows Essentials
1. Open your browser, go to windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-live/essentials-home, and tap or click the Download Now button .
A dialog box asks if you want to save or run the program.
2. Save the setup file (wlsetup-web.exe) to a known location, and download the file.
3. Launch the
wlsetup-web.exe file by double-clicking or double-tapping it. If
necessary, elevate your privileges by tapping or clicking the OK button
in the User Account Control dialog box.
4. In the Windows Essentials dialog box tap or click either the Install All or the Choose The Programs button to proceed.
Install all or some of the Windows Essentials applications.
If you select Install All, skip to step 6.
5. Select the programs you want, and then tap or click the Install button .

6. When the Done dialog box appears, tap or click Close.
7. When the Windows Essentials End User License Agreement appears, tap or click the Accept button.
8. In the Welcome Back dialog box , enter your Microsoft account information and tap or click Sign In.

9. In the Connect Your
Favorite Services dialog box, you can connect Windows Essentials to
Facebook or LinkedIn, or you can click the Close button to continue
without connecting to those sites.

After you install Windows Essentials, you
will see a new application group at the right of your Start screen,
with a tile for each installed application . You will also notice that SkyDrive is integrated into Windows Explorer for you to use immediately.
