The 2013 Ram Black Express comes with some minor touches to one of the few remaining truck-based rear-wheel-drive SUVs on the market. The latest Black Express SUV will be available in 3 different styles namely SR5, Limited and Trail model. Towards the exterior features, the Ram Black Express has been equipped with 17 inches alloy wheels, skid plates, hill-start assist, hill descent control and fog lights. The Limited trim level has been included with the 20 inches alloy wheels, an adaptive suspension and automatic headlights. The Trail model with off-road capability is backed up with the off-road-oriented tires, extensive off-road mechanical elements, mud guards, black exterior trim, sunroof, and the optional KDSS off-road suspension. This car exterior is larger than 2014 Nissan Leaf design.
Engine
Under the bonnet, the Ram Black Express is powered by a 4.4-liter 6-cylinder V6 engine that can produce 290 hp and 288 pound-feet of maximum torque with a 6-speed automatic transmission as the only transmission available. When paired with the rear-drive system, this engine will allow Black Express SR5 to sprint from zero to 60 mph in 7.2 seconds. The Trail model with four-wheel-drive system can reach 60 mph in 8.2 seconds.
