Unchanged After releasing the stonking-fast XJR super
saloon, only minor option and package updates are in store for the XJ range
this year. Three engines, short and long wheelbase, avail¬m able AWD (V-6
only), and sporty R variant mean the lineup is as 1 deep as it is sexy. But
there's no high-fuel-economy version to go against Audi/Benz diesels and
BMW/Lexus hybrids.
Best Buy XJR is thousands less than the BMW Alpina B7
and A Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG.

long-running XK coupe and convertible. The automaker will send off its GT with
s a special Final Fifty Limited Edition model that features a 510-hp, 1 5.0L

the U.S. The track-focused XKR-S GT doesn’t continue, though XK and XKR will
carry over unchanged.
