The 2013 Lincoln MKZ sedan comes with considerable and upgraded interior and exterior features. The company has included new standard equipments, improved interior and exterior styling, upgraded engine and improved fuel economy and suspension. Other key benefits of this sedan will be the spacious cabin and more competitive price as compared to competitors in its class. The MKZ sedan is available in three trim levels namely FWD, AWD and EcoBoost.

Interior

Inside of the 2013 Lincoln MKZ FWD and AWD models, you will have the leather upholstery, heated and ventilated 8-way power front seats with driver memory settings and 4-way lumbar adjustment, power tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, Sync voice control, the MyLincoln Touch electronics interface, mobile Wi-Fi and 10-speaker sound system with a CD player, satellite radio and a USB/iPod interface. There will be also the Premium package which offers heated steering wheel, power-adjustable pedals, power rear sunshade, rearview camera, 16-speaker surround-sound audio system and navigation system. The Elite package adds front multi-contour seats, heated rear seats along with the premium wood package.

Exterior

The 2013 Lincoln MKZ FWD and AWD versions (smaller than 2014 Dodge Durango) have been added with standard 19 inches alloy wheels, adaptive suspension dampers, rear-parking sensors, adaptive xenon headlamps, automatic high beams and fog lamps. The MKS EcoBoost has all of the above exterior equipments plus the standard all-wheel drive and 20 inches wheels. Moreover, there will be the stand-alone options which include dual-panel sunroof and adaptive cruise control with collision warning and brake support. Other standard exterior features of all trims are the intermittent wipers, rear defogger, power rear sunshade, painted alloy wheels, steel spare wheel, all season tires, inside mounted spare tire and t temporary spare tire.

Engine

In terms of power-train, the FWD and AWD models boast the 3.7-liter V6 engine combined with a 6-speed automatic transmission with manual-shift control feature. This V6 engine can produce 300 hp (faster than 2014 Kia Cadenza) and 280 pound-feet of torque. The EcoBoost trim with all-wheel-drive system sports the twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 engine that will generate 365 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque. There will be also the standard adaptive suspension, more sound insulation and bigger brakes for all models.
