2014 Porsche Boxster has proven that Cayman is not the only one which could impersonate the 911’s sexiness. Though does not come with major updates for 2014 model year, the third generation of Boxster will be bigger, yet lighter, tighter, and more fuel efficient than the predecessor. The rear-drive, convertible also proudly flaunts the dynamic and prestige of Porsche, something that could not be found in other competitors in the segment.

Exterior

As the company drops its official image, we’re not surprised that 2014 Porsche Boxster’s physical looks (more stylish than 2013 Lincoln MKZ and 2014 Dodge Durango) is exactly as beautiful as the photo since we know that Porsche never break our expectation. Though it does not have that folding hardtop of BMW Z4 or Mercedes-Benz SLK, the new Boxster still look stunning with the fabric top closed, as attractive as when you turn it to the roadster version. The quick top also will take just 9 seconds to fold and open. Since major updates has been received by the 2013 model year, this year the vehicle is considered enough with new proportion and some element updates including sculpted side sills that could channel air to the engine bay, new halogen-form headlights for the regular trim and bi-xenon headlights for the S variants. On the rear side, single center-mounted exhaust pipe will adorn the base trim, while the S trim will make it double.
