Creating
a new brogue style in three fresh colour ways, Reebok Classics have teamed up
with one of America's oldest tanneries known for their high quality leather -
Horween Co. - to create the special high quality design. Available in black,
tan and deep red, the new shoes feature typical brogue detailing but with a
white sporty sole which makes them more versatile and easier to wear.
Speaking
on working alongside Horween Co., Reebok commented that they love the company's
attention to their craft and the luxurious finished leather: "Lending
their obsession for fine detail, premium leather crafters Horween apply a
luxurious layering of chestnut leather to the upper of the iconic Reebok
Classic Leather here. Continuing the supple supplementing of materials, soft
pig skin holds down the inner of these collaborative premium sneaks, while a
leather lacing ties off the package."
Horween
Leather have continued to set an incredibly high standard of leather tans since
they were first founded in 1905. The company offer a variety of top quality
leathers and pay close attention to production in order to ensure only the best
quality, which is why Reebok has teamed up with them on several occasions
now: "The Horween Leather Company has set the standard for the highest
quality leathers since 1905. We offer a wide range of tannages from our
vegetable tanned Genuine Shell Cordovan to Sport Leathers and Footwear
Leathers, such as Chromexcel. As always, all of our leather is processed at our
location on the corner of Elston and Ashland in Chicago, Illinois."
